Shift start and end times : May 27 - 30 June 1 - 3August 1 - 10Hourly - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday - 7 : 30 - 4; Thursday - 7 : 30 - 11 : 30Clinic Call (after hours) - 11 days per month (No hospital / ER call. Hosp. docs may call for consults. Medication questions) Shift begins when last pt. is finished (4-4 : 30 and ends following morning 7a). Weekends 7a - 7aSetting : Outpatient clinic onlyDuties : Endocrinology / Diabetes patientsFTE : 1.0 No Thyroid biopsiesPatient Volume : 10 - 15 patients per dayTelehealth accepted in addition to onside coverage - Weekend call can be remote. Everything they get called for can be handled over the phone / remote.
