  • $29 / hr -$42.13 / hr.

  • Position : Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg
  • Location : West Seminole Blvd, Sanford, FL 32771
  • Shift : Nights (Rotating Weekends)
  • Salary Range : $29.00 (2 yrs) - $42.13 (17 yrs MAX) per hour + Shift Differentials
  • Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for night shifts and relocation assistance (case by case)
  • Shift differentials : $4.50 for nights and $1.50 for weekends

    • Job Summary :

    Join our Hospital, a 230-bed Level II Trauma Center with a full-service cardiovascular program. We're looking for dedicated Med Surg RNs to provide top-notch care in our dynamic facility, which includes specialties like orthopedics, spine care, and robotic surgery.

    Qualifications :

  • Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
  • Recent acute care Med-Surg experience, open to PCU / CVICU / ICU experience
  • Current FL State Registered Nurse license or compact licensure
  • American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and excellent communication skills

    • Responsibilities :

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care in a Med Surg setting
  • Work with a diverse patient population including oncology, ortho, trauma, and psychiatric cases
  • Engage in critical thinking, service excellence, and effective communication
