Zepf Center has been serving the Lucas County community for over 50 years. We are the leading provider of behavioral health and substance use disorder services in Northwest Ohio. Services include adult and child psychiatric, substance abuse, case management, residential, Crisis Care, and therapy programs, as well as career development and wellness services. Zepf Center also offers primary care medical services to our patients to contribute to their continuum of care. Zepf Center is a trauma-informed agency and environment for both patients and staff.

We are looking for a Licensed Telehealth Therapist to join our dynamic, mission-driven team. In this role, you’ll provide short-term, structured therapy services primarily through telehealth, supporting individuals with mental health and / or substance use challenges. You'll be a key part of a collaborative and supportive clinical team committed to delivering compassionate, individualized care—while maintaining flexibility in your work setting. Occasional in-office sessions, supervisions, or training may be required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Provide individual therapy under the supervision of the Clinical Manager, tailored to each client’s needs as outlined in their Individual Service Plan (ISP).
• Manage a diverse caseload, including clients with mental health concerns, trauma, and co-occurring substance use disorders.
• Complete assessments including Diagnostic Assessments and Updates, ISP reviews, and tools like the PHQ-9, SDoH, and AUDIT to track client progress.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and refine their Individual Care Plans and ensure accurate documentation of all services provided.
• May facilitate or co-facilitate virtual and / or hybrid psychoeducation groups.
• Step in with crisis intervention services when necessary, offering support during critical moments.
• Maintain direct service productivity as well as accurate and timely documentation as per agency standards.
• Be a team player! Participate in meetings, collaborate with other agency staff and community partners, and contribute to a positive work culture.
• Follow agency policies and procedures, and actively participate in staff development, agency-wide projects, and committees / teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the growth and success of the agency.
