Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for performing seasonal tune-ups, safety inspections, and routine maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems. You’ll help ensure our customers’ systems are running efficiently, safely and reliably year-round.

What You’ll Do

Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps

Clean and service system components including coils, filters, blowers, and burners

Check refrigerant levels, electrical connections, and airflow performance

Identify potential issues before they become major repairs and provide recommendations to customers

Clearly communicate system performance and findings with homeowners

Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used

Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety standards and company policies

Maintain a clean and organized work environment and service vehicle

Support the service and installation teams when needed

What We’re Looking For

Prior experience performing HVAC maintenance on residential systems

Understanding of HVAC systems and their components

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow a process

Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments

EPA Certification preferred or ability to obtain
