Senior Mechanical Project Manager

A company is looking for a Sr. Mechanical Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage all project documentation and schedules

Prepare and manage construction budgets and financial success of projects

Contractually manage subcontractors and ensure client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

Previous work experience in project management or a relevant degree

PMP, CCM, or equivalent certification is a plus

OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR Training

Extensive experience managing construction project budgets

Strong leadership experience and knowledge of construction management processes
