A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst to join their People Team and provide support within their HRIS platform.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily operations in the HRIS platform, including transactions related to various HR functions
Serve as the first line of support for system-related inquiries and issues
Maintain data integrity through audits, validations, and updates, and assist in configuring business processes
Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience in HRIS, HR Operations, or People Systems roles
Strong understanding of core HR processes, including employee lifecycle and benefits
Experience with HRIS modules such as HCM, Compensation, and Recruiting
Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
Comfortable with system configuration and data uploads
