job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including the business and perimeter areas. Monitor for and report any unusual activity or potential security-related concerns within the facility and surrounding areas. Assist in the implementation of emergency response activities as required by site protocols. Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and / or delivery personnel while maintaining a visible presence to help to deter unwanted activity. Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines to support a secure and orderly environment. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
