Software Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Software Engineering in the Finance Technology Domain.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a technical team responsible for the development and maintenance of ERP and billing applications

Engage with software engineers and product management to align technical solutions with Finance Technology practices

Drive quality accountability and manage performance metrics for billing and ERP systems

Required Qualifications

At least 10 years of experience in software development or information systems

Minimum 5 years of experience managing software development teams in a Finance landscape

Experience in Cloud environments, preferably AWS

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related STEM field required; Master's degree preferred

Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills
