About The Job
As the Inventory Manager, you will join the Supply Chain team at our Ft Collins, CO office. Your role will have a significant impact on Anduril's business and mission, ensuring efficient material management and inventory flow to support production and business growth. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, ownership, and the ability to devise creative solutions to operational challenges in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do
Process shipping and receiving at the Fort Collins, CO location
Ensure orderly production and distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies where needed, and staging finished product for final distribution.
Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory, and reporting shortages.
Complete cycle counts and conduct all warehouse activities with inventory accuracy as a top priority
Oversee the operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery for material handling.
Prepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, labeling, loading, and securing product.
Arrange, coordinate, & manage shipments with courier services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless production and distribution operations.
Ensure accurate material movement and transaction records in the ERP system
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in shipping, receiving, and inventory management

US Salary Range $46,000 - $60,000 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and / or training, critical skills, and / or business considerations.
