Labor And Scheduling Analyst

The Labor and Scheduling Analyst will work as part of a team based within the Financial Operations group at the CHS Corporate Office. This position's primary focus will center around the UKG Advanced Scheduler application, ensuring that CHS hospitals utilize and leverage UKG Advanced Scheduler to its full capabilities. UKG Advanced Scheduler is an automated staff scheduling application that is in use at all CHS Hospitals.

This position will interact with both hospital and corporate leadership positions. This position will report to the Vice President, Labor Management.

Computer Skills : To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc), SQL, and Google BigQuery.
