Role : Lead Teacher | Compensation : $16-19 per hour | Benefits : Monday – Friday (no weekends), uniforms, childcare discount, training

Key Responsibilities :

• Create engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote fun learning.
• Maintain safe and happy spaces by ensuring classrooms meet TLE standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization, allowing children to explore and learn freely.
• Monitor children's growth and development, celebrating milestones and progress.
• Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with families, sharing daily updates and cheerful moments via our mobile app.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to foster a supportive and joyful learning environment.

Qualifications :

• At least 2 years of experience as a lead teacher in a childcare center.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or a related field (preferred), or a high school diploma / GED (required).
• Ability to meet state and local childcare licensing requirements.
