Job Description :

Come join this organization as an Infor Syteline (CloudSuite Industrial) Administrator. As the in-house expert, you will have the opportunity to take full ownership of their newly implemented ERP system. In this role, you will be the go-to person for all things Infor, providing essential training and support to the organization’s manufacturing, inventory, and accounting teams. Your responsibilities will include daily administration, maintenance, and strategic enhancements to help the company fully leverage the system for business growth.

Responsibilities :

  • System Administration : Oversee daily operations, ensure data integrity, and serve as the main point of contact for all Infor-related issues.
  • Training & Support : Provide training to new and existing users in manufacturing, inventory, and accounting, teaching them how to effectively use the system and create reports.
  • Optimization : Work with business leaders to identify opportunities to improve processes and maximize the value of the ERP system.
  • Configuration & Reporting : Configure and customize the system to align with business needs, create custom reports, and manage data through imports and exports.
  • Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve technical issues, collaborating with the infrastructure team and Infor support as needed.
  • Upgrades & Security : Manage system upgrades and security by controlling user accounts, roles, and permissions.

    • Qualifications and Requirements :

  • 3-5+ years of experience as an ERP Administrator, with specific expertise in Infor Syteline (CSI) v10.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and distribution business processes.
  • A passion for training and user support, with excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Proficiency in SQL, T-SQL, and a solid understanding of database management.
  • Experience with Syteline customizations (e.g., Infor Mongoose) and a proactive mindset to offer solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    The base salary range for this position is $95,000 - $125,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
