We’re seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Community Success Coordinator to support our Developer Team. This role is key to ensuring every new community begins on a strong foundation and that each homeowner’s experience is positive from day one.
About the Role
The Community Success Coordinator serves as the bridge between our internal teams, builders, and residents, helping to ensure smooth communication, proper setup, and successful transitions throughout the community’s development lifecycle.
From coordinating system setup and utility transfers to assisting with document filing and initial budgets, this position helps establish the foundation for each new community. As amenities and common areas are completed, you’ll work closely with the assigned Community Manager to ensure all necessary transition tasks are completed.
Equally important, this role acts as a community ambassador, connecting builder sales teams, homeowners, and Kuester’s management professionals to foster understanding, transparency, and positive engagement. As construction concludes, you’ll help prepare new homeowner boards for success, ensuring they have the tools, access, and confidence to guide their community forward.
