Andes Clinical Research is seeking a motivated Research Assistant to support our clinical trial operations. Prior clinical research experience is not required—we will provide full training. However, we are looking for someone with a strong clinical background, ideally with phlebotomy skills and experience as a Medical Assistant, CMA, or similar health role.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to enter the research industry and grow with a fast-moving, mission-driven clinical research site.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in welcoming and preparing study participants during research visits
- Perform blood draws, vitals, ECGs, and specimen handling
- Process and package lab samples according to protocol
- Support coordinators during informed consent and patient assessments
- Help maintain clean, organized clinical and lab areas
- Enter data into secure clinical systems and assist with documentation tracking
- Communicate professionally with participants and clinical research staff
- Learn and follow clinical trial SOPs, compliance standards, and regulatory workflows
Preferred Background
? Phlebotomy certification or strong blood draw experience? Experience as a Medical Assistant, CNA, or in outpatient clinical care?
