Job Title : Machine Operator
Location : Keene, NH
Department : Manufacturing / Production
Job Type : Full-Time / Direct Hire
Shifts Available : Monday through Friday
Schedule : 6 : 00AM – 2 : 30PM (some overtime as needed)
Pay Rate : $22.00 – $25.00 / HR (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
Review work orders and production documentation.
Set up, operate, and monitor machinery in assigned areas (Tower, pay-off, take-up, etc.).
Load and replace materials, splice product to maintain continuous production.
Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and reassembly of machines.
Assist with basic repairs and coordinate additional maintenance when needed.
Operate forklifts or other powered equipment safely (including propane cylinder changes).
Record production activity and maintain accurate documentation.
Direct helpers and work collaboratively with team members.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Previous wire and cable industry experience preferred, but not required.
Ability to use precision gauges, micrometers, and other measurement tools.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
Basic math skills and ability to read / follow instructions.
Comfortable using computers for simple data entry.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay Details : $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
