Sales Representative – Pest Control Services

Location : Kokomo, IN (In-person)

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $750 / week base pay + commission

(Equivalent to about $39,000 / year base pay, plus 10–12% commission opportunities)

Work Schedule :

Mon–Fri : 8 : 00am – 5 : 00pm EST

(Some flexibility required for customer appointments or business visits)

Position Overview :

Arrow Pest Control is seeking a motivated and outgoing Sales Representative to join our Kokomo branch. This position reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager and plays a key role in growing our business by developing new residential and commercial accounts, following up with existing customers, and supporting retention efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prospect and close new residential and commercial pest control accounts.
• Conduct inspections and prepare customized pest management proposals.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage renewals.
• Perform retention calls and visits to maintain ongoing relationships.
• Coordinate with office staff and technicians to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales records and report weekly activity to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Represent Arrow professionally at all times with honesty and integrity.
