• Employment Type : Travel\n\nPosition Title : Resource Nurse\n\nAddress : Concord, NH, 03301\n\nShift hours : 10 : 45pm -7 : 15am Resource Nurse : 5,8-hour shifts, 40 hours a week.\n\nEvery other weekend, Friday 11pm-7am and Saturday 11pm-7am.\n
• Resource RNs must be qualified to perform duties that include but are not limited to the following : \n
• All duties listed in "RN and LPN Position Requirements" section below.\n
• Oversee the units and serve as a resource to nursing staff in maintaining a safe, therapeutic, and caring environment on the units and throughout the hospital.\n
• Act as role models for the delivery of safe and therapeutic nursing care.\n
• Identify and communicate clinical and administrative concerns to Executive Nursing Leadership and / or the Executive on Call.\n
• Initiate the NHH Emergency Preparedness Plan and Patient Care Services Continuity of Operations Plans when needed in emergency situations.\n
• Monitor staffs' adherence to the Policies and Standards of NHH and NHH Department of Nursing.\n
• Monitor staffing throughout the hospital.\n
