Position : RN-Telemetry (Travel / Contract)

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality telemetry nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
Monitor and interpret telemetry data to assess patient conditions.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Utilize performance metrics to evaluate and improve nursing practices.
Educate patients and families on health management and telemetry procedures.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
Engage in self-assessment and seek feedback for continuous improvement.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures at all times.
Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care and operational improvements.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Assist in the orientation and training of new nursing staff.
Experience / Qualifications
Current RN license in West Virginia or compact state.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Experience in telemetry nursing or critical care settings preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Strong adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures.
Strong ability to interpret telemetry data and make quick decisions.
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Excellent communication skills for patient and team interactions.
Proficient in maintaining accurate patient care documentation.
Experience in mentoring or training new staff is a plus.
