Hobby Lobby's corporate office in Oklahoma City is looking for a full-time person to work in the Tax Department. This new position is located at SW 44th and Council. We are looking for a candidate who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow within the company. The opening is for a Sales Tax Supervisor.

Position Overview : Responsible for supervising the sales & use tax compliance function, including property tax, unclaimed property, and licensing. Oversees and participates in the completion of accurate tax returns in order to keep the company compliant with all filing obligations. Supervises the sales & use tax accounting staff and reports to the Sales Tax Manager.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Review of monthly sales & use tax returns for states and cities
• Research and consult on various sales tax matters
• Direct and manage sales & use tax audits across multiple jurisdictions
• Oversee maintenance of tax exemptions.
