Key Responsibilities
Contact and onboard vendors for maintenance support
Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring quality control standards are met
Purchase necessary equipment and materials, and approve maintenance invoices
Required Qualifications
College degree (preferred)
Minimum of 1 year of maintenance coordination experience
Basic knowledge of G-Suite applications
Experience with Appfolio and Property Meld (preferred)
Internet speed of 50 mbps and above
