Precision Manufacturing Process Engineer (Senior Level)
At NN Inc., we craft high-performance precision components and push the limits of what’s possible in machining. Step into a role where your ideas turn into production-ready solutions and your influence is felt on the shop floor every day.
A day in the life
Morning stand-up with product and production teams. A new part launch is on deck—your APQP team aligns on the Project Launch Guide and Autocam Production System (APS) milestones. By mid-morning, you’re reviewing GD&T on customer drawings, finalizing tooling concepts, and updating cost standards. After lunch, it’s onto the floor to train operators on machine operation and SPC, then back to your desk to refine process documentation and quote a new component. You close the day validating that QMS and EMS requirements are fully met.
