Shareholder at Roderick Linton Belfance LLP, Village Solicitor of Marshallville and Creston, and Assistant Village Solicitor of Seville

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice to clients and represent them in court as needed.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
  • Manage labor and employment law cases and conduct negotiations.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams; work with clients across industries.
  • Maintain professional licensure and uphold ethical standards.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the state bar of Ohio
  • Experience in Labor and Employment Law
  • Experience in litigation is a plus
  • Strong research and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Portable book of business
