We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Client Service Coordinator to join our team. This short-term assignment runs through December 23rd, and you will be the first point of contact for clients, assisting with booking new services, managing communications, coordinating schedules, and maintaining strong client relationships. Location : Shoreview, MN Wage : $19.00 - $23.00 / hr. Hours : 11 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday Note : This is a short-term assignment that runs through December 23rd.

Duties of the Client Service Coordinator : Assist clients with booking new services Respond to emails and phone calls Schedule meetings and appointments Share client feedback with internal teams Coordinate client marketing efforts Maintain client relationships Provide excellent customer service Answer and transfer phone calls Perform filing and data entry Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements of the Client Service Coordinator : High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work independently and take initiative Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
