Finance Project Manager

Project finance plans, controls, and reports program performance relating to cost and schedule according to the Earned Value Management System. This role provides financial decision support to stakeholders focused on minimizing risk and maximizing return of program profit by managing financial requirements and program execution. Project finance is a well-rounded role that introduces an employee to the various facets of BAE Systems finance.

This role will be performed in a hybrid remote format, with the individual splitting their time between one of our offices within the Southern New Hampshire region, and remotely, from an alternate work place. Depending on the assigned business area, this individual could sit in any of the following BAE Systems offices in New Hampshire : Nashua, Merrimack, Hudson, or Manchester.

Responsibilities include :

• Perform analyses and prepare reports to ensure contracts are within negotiated parameters and government cost control guidelines
• Prepare program plans to ensure program requirements and statement of work are captured and scheduled
• Utilizing strong communication skills to interface with a cross functional program team
• Support interactions with external customers and subcontractors as required
• Utilizing both BAE Systems and defense industry finance tools to perform predictive financial analysis
• Creating, maintaining, and monitoring program baselines utilizing earned value management
• Assisting in program risk and opportunity management
• Developing and updating financial forecast and estimates at completion
• Supporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting requirements, internal and external proposal support
• Partnering with Pricing organization to support new business proposals

Full-Time Salary Range : $66084 - $112343
