About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Profession : Registered Nurse (RN)

Hours per Shift : 12 hours

Experience : 2+ years Med Surg experience

License : Current valid state nursing license

Certifications : BLS (AHA)

Must-Have :

• Completed at least one travel assignment in the previous 12 months
• Med Surg Post op surgical experience strongly encouraged

Description :

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, you will contribute professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients.

You will apply the nursing process to ensure effective patient care.

This position involves working with a patient population that includes post-operative spine patients.

Nurse-to-patient ratio for nights is 1 : 6.

Travelers will be required to float across campuses as needed.

Scrubs should be navy blue, solid colors.

You will be required to work every third weekend and holiday rotation.

Orientation and training will be provided upon starting the contract.

You must provide proof of a taxable address for verification purposes.

References should include one supervisory performance evaluation or reference from within the last two years of employment or contract.
