Accounts Receivable Accountant

Staffmark is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Accountant to join our client's finance team. Pay Rate : $23.50 / hour

What You'll Do :

• Manage and monitor assigned customer accounts to ensure timely collections
• Follow up on outstanding invoices via phone, email, and mail
• Enter and track invoices using platforms such as SAP, Ariba, OpenInvoice, and others
• Investigate billing issues and apply appropriate collection strategies
• Develop repayment plans when necessary
• Maintain accurate records and generate monthly statements
• Provide regular updates to the Corporate Controller and CFO
• Process credit card payments and support invoice distribution
