Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with corporate services business owners and product teams to assess needs and current state

Create and manage conceptual architectural views for the system technology portfolio in corporate services

Lead engineering guild activities and promote architecture practice excellence

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field

12+ years in tech engineering roles with experience as a tech architect

Experience in HCM, Finance, and ERP application domains

Proven ability to evaluate vendors and integrate systems with a focus on data flow

Passion for mentoring and guiding engineering best practices
