Job Summary : LUKE is seeking a dedicated and experienced Caregiver Supervisor to lead and manage daily operations within an assigned shift at the U.S. Border Patrol Tucson Sector. As a key member of our team, the Caregiver Supervisor will ensure smooth operations by providing guidance and oversight to staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

• 2+ years of management and leadership experience
• Proficiency in using technology (Tablets, iPads)
• Strong accountability for Time and Attendance management
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills (Handling staff concerns and suggestions)
• Effective task scheduling and flexibility
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Proactive and able to take initiative
• Experience onboarding new hires
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Must be able and willing to reprioritize on short notice and work on multiple simultaneous projects. Flexible and able to work with various personalities. Teamwork skills required. Time management skills required. The ability to meet deadlines in a deadline intensive environment is essential. High level of adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
