Role Overview :
The Sales Manager provides leadership and direction to the field sales and management team within the geography. The Sales Manager offers guidance and support with product selection, pricing, and forecasting, and assists in the overall alignment of the business with current and future agronomic trends and practices. Sales Managers also help with recruitment, training, and performance management of the field sales team.
