What We’re Looking For :
2+ Years of Restaurant Management Experience in a high-volume venueProven Ability to Lead & Develop a TeamStrong Knowledge of Inventory Control & Bar CostingCurrent Food Handler’s & Alcohol Server Certification (as required by law)Availability to Work Nights, Weekends, & HolidaysMust-Haves :
Ability to create weekly staff schedules that balance labor targets and team needsComfortable conducting regular bar inventory countsProactive management of vendor relationships and liquor ordersHands-on support during service—leading from the floor, not behind a deskCollaboration with events or marketing teams on drink specials and seasonal menusSwift resolution of guest issues to ensure a positive experiencePreferred Background & Skills :
