job_description.job_card.job_description2+ Years of Restaurant Management Experience in a high-volume venue Proven Ability to Lead & Develop a Team Strong Knowledge of Inventory Control & Bar Costing Current Food Handler’s & Alcohol Server Certification (as required by law) Availability to Work Nights, Weekends, & Holidays Ability to create weekly staff schedules that balance labor targets and team needs Comfortable conducting regular bar inventory counts Proactive management of vendor relationships and liquor orders Hands-on support during service—leading from the floor, not behind a desk Collaboration with events or marketing teams on drink specials and seasonal menus Swift resolution of guest issues to ensure a positive experience Experience with POS systems and bar management software (e.g., BevSpot, Toast) Knowledge of current mixology trends and cocktail innovation Prior experience opening a new bar or launching beverage programs Passion for staff training and implementing service standards Hospitality or business management education
