Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing various tax compliance and consulting services.Positively impact your firm by :Being a valued tax business advisor, focusing on day to day tax mattersConsulting on technical matters and special projects in various areas of flow through taxationResearching various tax matters, responding to IRS and other tax authority inquiriesCoordinating with specialty tax practices on complicated tax matters in areas such as state and local, high net worth and internationalUtilize your skills to build strong relationshipsInvest in your professional development individually and through participation in firm wide learning and development programsQualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Law, or a similar degree in Business, Masters or advanced degree desirableThree to four years' experience providing federal and multi-state tax compliance and consulting services in a professional services firmTwo (2)+ years' of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associatesSignificant experience with Partnerships and Special / Complex Partnership AllocationsDemonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skillsAbility to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning in order to stay current regarding applicable strategies, see the "big picture" as well as the details, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of projectsHighly developed software and Microsoft Suite skillsThe compensation range for this role is $74,140 to $130,880. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
