You’ll be caring for patients too sick for Med-Surg but not critical enough for ICU — often on cardiac monitoring and possibly titrating some low-level drips. The role expects nurses to respond quickly to changes , use clinical judgment , and be comfortable with telemetry and higher acuity care .
