• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Oklahoma or compact state\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience (3 years preferred)\n
• Skilled in wound care and long term care nursing\n
• Ability to collaborate with Registered Nurses (RNs) and multidisciplinary healthcare teams\n
• Flexible with shift scheduling and patient care assignments\n\nLPN Responsibilities in Long Term Care\n
• Manage assigned patient caseload from admission through discharge\n
• Monitor, assess, and document changes in patient conditions\n
• Work closely with RNs to implement nursing care plans and update patient records\n
• Perform wound care, sterile dressing changes, and administer heat / cold therapy\n
• Initiate and monitor IVs, insert catheters and nasogastric (NG) tubes\n
• Administer enemas and provide care for isolation patients\n
• Prepare and administer oral and IV medications as prescribed\n
