Default Title Clearance Coordinator
The Default Title Clearance Coordinator is responsible for the review of Pre Foreclosure title reports for clouds on title and possible claims issues. Individuals in this role may communicate with clients, internal staff, and outside agencies to resolve title clearance issues in a timely manner, consistent with company-defined standards.
What You Will Do
- Review and manage daily pipeline reports
- Take necessary steps to cure title clearance items per clearance guidelines
- Maintain open communication with team and managers
- Manage and support lender relationships
- Additional duties, as assigned
What You Will Bring
High-school diploma or equivalentMinimum 2 years of experience with title clearance / curative related to foreclosure or REO propertiesWorking knowledge of real estate titles, deed preparation, and closingsStrong customer service focusClear verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesStrong organization skills and attention to detailSelf-motivated : ability to work with minimal supervisionCapability to work both independently and as part of a teamProblem-solving mindset with ability to multitaskProficiency with computers, and comfortable in a paperless environmentKnowledge of National State Foreclosure State and Underwriting GuidelinesLanguage Skills
