Job Description\n

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a variable shift Emergency Department position requiring BLS, ACLS, PALS, CPI, NIHSS, and at least 3 years of ER experience.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting
  • Variable shift schedule with hours that may vary to cover unit needs
  • May be required to float to other Adena locations or units with similar or lower acuity
  • Responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans
  • Works collaboratively with care team members, physicians, and patient families for optimal outcomes
  • Works under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager and indirect supervision of the Director of Nursing

  • Active RN license in Ohio
  • Minimum 3 years of emergency room nursing experience required
  • Current certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS, CPI, and NIHSS
  • Candidates must reside outside a 60 mile radius from the facility
