Allied Universal Security Shift Supervisor

Allied Universal Security is seeking a full-time flex security shift supervisor, with the availability to work all shifts. The site is a major automaker in Livonia, MI.

Candidates must successfully complete level 2 training, such as confined space rescue, incipient fire fighting, hazardous materials training, etc. Candidates must be clean-shaven in order to complete this training.

  • The position starts at $23.84 / hour.
  • The schedule is Fri, 2P-10P, Sat, 6A-2P, Sun, 6A-2P, Mon, 10P-6A, & Tues, 10P-6A.
  • Weekly pay and daily pay options available.
  • Security and supervisory experience preferred.
  • Allied Universal Services is currently searching for a professional security shift supervisor.
  • Must have a valid drivers license for more than one year.

The security shift supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The shift supervisor will act as a liaison between site supervisor, account manager / field operations manager, and professional security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.

  • Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
