Job Description

Join a dynamic manufacturing team as an Industrial Maintenance Technician , where your mechanical and technical skills will keep production running smoothly. This hands-on role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery in a fast-paced environment. You'll ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently, minimizing downtime and supporting continuous improvement efforts. If you’re mechanically inclined and thrive in a team-oriented setting, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance tasks safely and efficiently
  • Diagnose and repair equipment issues, determine materials and parts needed, and execute repairs
  • Start up and shut down equipment following OSHA and company safety procedures
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and maintain accurate logs and records (including CMMS if applicable)
  • Install, disassemble, and relocate equipment as needed

    • Qualifications and Requirements

  • Experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance preferred
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Ability to read technical documents, use tools / equipment, and follow safety protocols
  • Must wear long pants and steel / composite toe boots
  • Must be able to lift, move, and work with equipment safely

    The base pay for this position is $41,600 annually , excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
