Why We Need You :
The Assistant Property Manager will assist the Manager with the day-to-day, on-site employee activities and apartment community operations. This position will also assist in supervising several employees when the Manager is not available.
Responsibilities :
- Meet with prospective residents to determine their needs and qualifications
- Positive and professional daily interaction with residents
- Assist in preparing lease agreements and processing rent payments
- Prepare maintenance work orders, and communicate with maintenance personnel
- Investigate, respond, and resolve resident complaints
- Prepare reports on property status such as occupancy rates and expiration of leases
- Follow policies and procedures
- Perform all other duties as assigned
