Peak Behavioral Health is seeking a Bilingual Referral Coordinator to join our team at our Oklahoma City location! We are looking for someone who is positive, personable, and detail oriented.

Peak Behavioral Health is a multidisciplinary clinic in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma that includes Psychology, Occupational Therapy and ABA. Youll be part of a collaborative team that provides a unified approach in helping children with autism and other disabilities.

The position :

• Provide the initial warm welcome to all patients and guests
• Provide excellent customer service by phone, in person and electronically
• Receive incoming phone calls and referrals
• Process all Peak referrals :

Call referrals within 48 business hours of receipt, when possible

Maintaining full schedules for all Providers at assigned location; including handling schedule changes, call ins and no show appointments

Qualifications :

English and Spanish

Experience with Microsoft Word, Office and Google Drive required

While performing the duties of this job, the Referral Coordinator is regularly required to speak and hear sufficiently to communicate effectively by phone or in person at normal volumes. The Referral Coordinators vision must be adequate to read correspondence, computer screens, forms, etc. The position requires good manual dexterity. The Referral Coordinator is frequently required to sit and reach with hands and arms; regularly required to stand, walk, kneel and bend; and occasionally required to lift and move up to 50 pounds. The position requires the ability to operate a computer.
