Job Summary
Work Schedule : Monday to Friday - roughly 8am - 5pm
Responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets within an assigned territory. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications
Proven experience in outside sales or a related field.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Knowledge & Skills Required
Strong computer proficiency.
Proficiency using e-mail, the internet, Microsoft Office, and other computer tools.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Education & Experience
High school or equivalent GED certification. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Physical Demands
Outside Sales Representatives often need to travel extensively within their assigned territory to meet with clients, attend meetings, and visit prospects. This can involve driving long distances, flying, or other modes of transportation.
If the sales territory is geographically large, significant time may be spent driving to different locations. This can involve sitting for extended periods and may include navigating through various traffic conditions.
During client meetings, presentations, or industry events, Outside Sales Representatives may need to stand or walk for extended periods.
Outside Sales Representatives are expected to be in front of customers physically at least 3 days a week.
Bonus / Commission Plan
Eligible for bonus / commission after successful completion of introductory 90 days.
Salary Range Information
The range displayed on each job posting reflects the targeted base salary for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Salary Range : $80,000 - $90,000 Annual base pay. Commission is available after a 90 day introductory period.
