Key Responsibilities
Drive pipeline growth through strategic outreach to healthcare decision-makers
Develop and execute multichannel outreach strategies to generate and nurture leads
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and optimize pipeline development
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales, SDR, or business development role, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
Experience with Salesforce (SFDC), SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Ability to lead consultative conversations with senior stakeholders
Strong skills in research, outreach, and developing tailored messaging
A data-driven mindset focused on continuous improvement
