Project Manager Light Industrial

Job Description
Manage all phases of light industrial construction projects, from initiation to completion. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met. Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with expectations. Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules and progress reports. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards. Address and resolve any project-related challenges proactively. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and milestones. Support the bidding process by reviewing contracts and participating in negotiations.
