As a Trader Jack’s Retail Clerk at Timber Ridge Lodge & Waterpark, you’ll greet and assist guests with any inquiries with a positive attitude, great customer service and communication skills.

Tucked within historic Lake Geneva, Timber Ridge Lodge at the Grand Geneva Resort, is the only all-season, all-suite, destination of its kind in the Midwest. Featuring 50,000 square feet of year-round, indoor / outdoor waterpark excitement, Timber Ridge Lodge is a family bonding adventure that’s soaked in memories. Just 90 minutes from Chicago and 50 minutes from Milwaukee, this property is also home to two championship golf courses, WELL Spa and fitness center, Mountain Top Ski Park, award-winning restaurants, and 1300 acres of picturesque grounds.

What you will be doing :

  • Handle money and financial payment for goods and services.
  • Attend all required meetings and sales trainings.
  • Enter information into SMS accurately. Active involvement in trade shows.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for :

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
  • Previous cash handling experience is required.
  • Previous computer experience is required.
  • Must be service oriented and have the ability to take direction
  • Pride in your work by creating positive energy, excitement and fun.
  • Must have strong math skills.
