At Didion, we are dedicated to producing high-quality corn products through innovative and sustainable practices. Our dry corn mill is a key part of our operations, and we are seeking a motivated and talented Mechanical Process Engineering Intern to join our team.

Position Overview : As a Mechanical Process Engineering Intern, you will work closely with our engineering team to support the optimization and maintenance of mechanical processes within our dry corn mill. This internship offers a hands-on learning experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the design, analysis, and optimization of mechanical processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct tests and collect data to support process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
