Care Team Manager
to oversee daily operations and support individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health needs. This is an opportunity to lead a dedicated team, ensure quality care, and help individuals live as independently as possible.
What You'll Do : Lead & Support :
Supervise, train, and mentor staff to provide high-quality, person-centered care. Foster a positive and productive team environment.
Ensure Quality Care :
Create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment that promotes personal growth and independence for individuals receiving services.
Problem-Solve & Communicate :
Work closely with clients, families, and team members to identify needs, address concerns, and develop care plans. Maintain open and clear communication to ensure the best outcomes.
Oversee Daily Operations :
Ensure policies, procedures, and state regulations are followed while maintaining accurate documentation, scheduling, and compliance records.
Crisis Management & Advocacy :
Respond to emergencies and behavioral challenges with professionalism and care, advocating for individuals' needs and well-being.
Coordinate Services :
Collaborate with medical professionals, therapists, and other service providers to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Provide Transportation :
When needed to transport individuals to appointments, activities, or community engagements.
What You Bring :
Education & Experience :
Degree in human services preferred, OR experience supporting individuals with disabilities / behavioral challenges.
Leadership Skills :
Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
Strong Interpersonal Skills :
Ability to communicate effectively and handle challenges with empathy.
Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation
(Must have a clean driving record).
Pass Background Checks :
state background check and required state screenings.
