Role Objective
Management and development of TestLink's technical operations in line with market requirements, developing staff and processes to offer best in class services.
Key Duties
Operations :
- Implement the plan to facilitate increased business levels within US business
- Oversee the effective delivery of high-quality repairs and refurbishments and introduce quality control / improvement policies
- Control material and labor costs
- Contribute to sales tender responses, facilitating site visits when required
- Implement a program of improvements across the OH and MS workshops to increase efficiency and instill best practices
- Support integration of additional workshops in N & S America to ensure consistency of processes across sites
- Ensure achievement of KPIs and Targets
- Ensure continuous improvement to achieve efficiencies and protect and improve profit margins
- Utilise and manage the internal CHR system via the team to capture and investigate customer complaints / issues, help identify root causes and use that information to develop permanent solutions
- Efficiently onboard new service offerings or customer contracts
- Proactively address issues and challenges, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Allocate resources, plan schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Optimise resource utilisation and capacity planning to maximise operational efficiency.
- Health and Safety, Responsible for all safety matters within your assigned zones : Ensure housekeeping, quality and environmental policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Represent your function and present updates at Monthly Management Meetings
