EDI Specialist

A company is looking for an EDI Specialist to manage electronic data interchange processes and support fulfillment operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all inbound and outbound EDI transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance

Troubleshoot and resolve transaction errors, providing updates to stakeholders

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seamless business operations and drive improvements

Required Qualifications

4-6 years of hands-on EDI experience in ecommerce, retail, or 3PL environments

Proficient with EDI translation software and integration platforms

Deep understanding of order-to-cash processes and fulfillment operations

Experience managing EDI implementations and vendor onboarding projects

Familiarity with AI and its application in electronic data interchange processes
