Tax Manager

Trillium Staffing is seeking a skilled Tax & Accounting Manager to deliver client focused, top-notch tax and financial services and solutions.

This position will work directly with clients, business owners, and client's management. Overseeing accurate and timely review of tax returns, financial statements, and staff are crucial elements of this position. This position has upward mobility.

Responsibilities :

• Assist clients with reaching personal and business financial goals through various client advisory services
• Complete and oversee preparations, compilations, and reviews of financial statements
• Manage and facilitate the preparation and review of individual and corporate federal and state tax returns, as well as other compliance projects
• Seek opportunities for process improvement within the company's procedures
• Supervise, develop, and mentor new and / or other inexperienced staff
• Provide input on various firm initiatives and direction
• Research tax law implications and accurately interpret for clients

Annual salary is $75k / year.
