We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sr Tax Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a tax-focused CPA with at least five years of public accounting experience. The position offers a hybrid work schedule with a flexible arrangement, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. You will play a critical role in understanding our clients' business and tax environments, providing proactive, year-round tax planning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical reviews of various types and complexities of tax returns.
• Manage client relationships by assessing their needs and developing strategic solutions.
• Prepare complex business, fiduciary, and individual tax returns.
• Mentor and assist in the growth, development, and training of other tax staff.
• Engage in business development activities to expand client base.
