The facility is seeking a board-certified Gastroenterology Physician to provide ongoing hospital-based inpatient coverage. The ideal candidate will perform 3-4 outpatient procedures daily and manage inpatient consultations, with ERCP skills required and EUS preferred. Candidates must hold an active IA license and ACLS certification, and a clean malpractice background is strongly preferred.

Coverage type : No Call

SCHEDULE :

  • As soon as credentialed - ongoing
  • 24 hour call, 7a-7a

JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Hospital based coverage
  • ERCP required; EUS highly preferred
  • Perform 3-4 outpatient procedures per day, inpatient procedures, and consults
  • Adult only
  • EMR : Cerner
  • Would you consider a provider who can only do ERCP (not EUS)? - Yes we will consider this

    • SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS :

  • Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible within 3 years of Residency - Required
  • Active IA License or IMLC - Required
  • ACLS - Required
  • Provider must be willing / able to work inpatient - Required
  • ERCP - Required
  • EUS - highly preferred
  • COVID Vaccine - Required
  • Clean Malpractice / Background - Strongly Preferred
